After ordering your goods and specifying when you require your goods to be shipped to you our own delivery van will come and deliver your goods directly to where you need them.
As a company we always aim to offer a next day service however this is dependent on our stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible. There is a small charge for delivery and this will be itemised on your paperwork when you receive it. We take exceptional care in our packing methods to ensure that all our customers goods arrive in perfect condition and the reports of damages are extremely low.
In the rare event you do receive any damaged goods please notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out straight away. Please do not use the damaged sheets as we may need to collect these back from you.
